This policy explains what information vibe·qa ("we", "us") collects when you request a QA deliverable through vibeqa.dev, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are

What we collect
- What you submit in the form: the application URL, your email address, the deliverable you choose, and any optional notes you add.
- If you contact us by email: your email address and the contents of your message.
- Marketing preference: whether you opted in to product updates and offers.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. The site uses Google Fonts and is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process limited technical data (such as IP address) to serve the page.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To produce and deliver what you asked for and to follow up about it — necessary to take steps at your request and to perform our service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To send product updates and offers — only if you ticked the optional opt-in, on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw at any time.
- To keep basic records and secure the service — our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We use a small number of processors to run the service: form delivery (Formspree), hosting and email forwarding (Cloudflare), and web fonts (Google). Some of these are based outside the EU/EEA, so your data may be transferred internationally under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep what you submit only as long as needed to produce your deliverable and follow up about it, and as required for our records. Marketing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA (or UK), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw marketing consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
Marketing emails
